Once you have easily created an account with either publisher option, depending on where you are based, you can message them with how many decks you would like.
Wholesale is 40% less of retail, (note if you need to do a 50/50, simply adding a little extra to the price is not usually an issue for buyers as it means they can buy direct without having to pay postage).
