Reiki for Artists: 20th Sept > 14th Oct. Includes 5 zoom calls of teaching and weekly mentoring/group shares, a manual, a certificate, 3 key mediations to help active your practice. You would create 21 ‘energetic captures’/sketches during your reiki integration, deepening your ability to anchoring your own healing language. Uplift your life and your energetic frequency!

‘Reiki’ literally means Life force energy, there are many names for honing the skill of directing beautiful, powerful, uplifting Life-Force at will. Energy is the foundation of everything, it effects our moods our choices as well as our ability to spring clean trauma that can be stored in our energy field transmuting it away from becoming physicalised as dis-ease. This energy is universal and available to everyone, I love reiki as one can access its blissfully, peace-eminating, yet empowering qualities in any moment.

All types of artists and all abilities welcome! Painters, drawers, musicians, dancers, poets… Also accessible to those who love energy work and want to explore a different facet and unlock more of their creativity.

People always ask me how I tap in to such a deep space during my painting process, it always comes back to this fundamental tool of activating greater levels of life force through being able to raise my frequency and energetic vibe at will. Essentially how to infuse each creative moment with this beautiful energy pouring forth, on this course I will be sharing how you can do this too! Further more this class is fantastic for moving through any blocks you may have and getting out of your own way. All these codes are with you – its just a case of revealing them and your unique gifts.

Time investment – most of the content will be shared during the first weekend. Its recommended to have minimal other plans for these two days.
Preceding this, for 21 days you would spend around 40 minutes each day (longer if desired) practicing reiki and creating a sketch if you are a visual artist (or an ‘energetic capture’ in the form of movement, sound or word). Doing this in the energy of reiki will greatly help integrate the attunemnt, gives you practice, as well as creating accountability with the group. My weekly mentoring includes themes that will further activate your healing abilities and help with tools to maintain, clear and uplifted energy.
It can be nice to spend longer on the weekends on these ‘sketches’ if you have time, though the swiftness of creating this energetic capture will help you get out of your own way, and start to create your own energetic language. The more one practices reiki the more it naturally flows through everything in our life.

Where as my other classes are an infusion of painting techniques and mediations/activation, this class focusses on purely the anchoring in to the physical through creatively in its pure form, it is will greatly up-level your intuitive and channeled art-making abilities for future creative pursuits.
It is a process of self discovering, inner healing and the foundation for all energy work.

>>This course is certified as Reiki One and as long as you complete the course you receive a certificate. If you have done reiki before there is a lot of new material added for the creative aspect.
>>You will be sent a Reiki Manual written and illustrated by Izzy Ivy when you sign up for the course.

You can use whichever artistic materials you like, coloured pencils are a great option.

Izzy’s ‘Anchoring Light’ Painting online class is a perfect follow-on from this course. In 2026 she will be teaching a painting combination of Reiki 2 (The next level up) – focusing on distant healing.
