Sat 11th July – 1hr intro zoom Call + 2 hr *practical + 15 min meditation

40 min (sent ahead of time to watch in your own time before getting materials).
*= ‘Practical’ refers to the art-making part, meditations are also included on some days.
The zoom calls are where we will all be online together, the demonstrations, meditations and guidance will be in recorded segments for you to do in the time that most suits you, it is intended that you finish each practical segment before our zoom calls.
The zoom calls are the opportunity to share your paintings and receive helpful feedback from Izzy, as well as share some of your personal processes. This is done as a group (max 14), and builds the group connection creating the container, anchoring light across the globe we are weaving together. There are 3 zoom calls: Intro, midway share and final share. These are very helpful in terms of accountability and helping you to complete a magical painting during the course.
This class suits both the experienced painter and those new to painting, there are some optional moments where you can choose level 1 or level 2 in the lessons, based on your experience.
